I have had my implants for almost three years and Im so over them. Having to wear a sport bra all them time, not being able to run or play sports without discomfort, sleeping in limited positions, slight sagging from heavier boobs, limited options of clothing because it seems like I "pop' out of everything! I went from a small A to a full C (375cc). They are way to large for my 5'1, petite stature. Have recently thought of downsizing to a B, but now reconsidering taking them out completely, after doing research on how complications can worsen with more surgeries over time because of the scar tissue that ac[filtered word]ulates, making capsular contracture and infections more likely. However, I'm really concerned with how the skin will retract and if they will sag? Will they look like what I started with? (I hope so) I'm only 23 so hopefully that wont be too much of a concern after removal. Does anyone know of how re-cooperating works after getting them removed? Is it faster/easier then when we got them in in the first place? I think I will be a lot happier and feel like myself again. I just can't be so vain to have this affect my life forever with getting multiple surgeries for upkeep, having to deal with the maintenance all the time, and risking your life on top of it all. Would love a response from someone who has already gone through the surgery and re-cooperation process.

Hey there! I haven't had breast implant removal, but I too am 23 and have had my fake boobies for almost 3 years! I was a 32B and not I am a 32DD (475cc in each breast) For awhile now I have been regretting getting them and want my smaller boobs back but I am scared of what they will look like after the procedure. IF anyone contacts you about it please respond back...you are not the only one out there feeling this way!
