Lady Gaga loves her strange stage costumes, fake cheek inserts and weird shoulder implants--but at the end of the day it's all for show.

Landing the cover of Harper's Bazaar, Gaga admits she's actually against plastic surgery and will never go under the knife.

"I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have," Gaga tells the mag's May issue. "I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."

She called out actress Kate Hudson (who reportedly recently had breast implants) and Heidi Montag (who has had virtually every plastic surgery known to man).
